okk bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okk bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okk bet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
okk bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for any conduct that okk bet determines to be harmful to the platform or other players, or for any reason required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation. Upon termination for breach, any balance in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your okk bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

When material changes are made, okk bet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of the okk bet platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
